Vessel Deck Plans and Blueprints

The S.S. Aleutian and the S.S. Yukon were sister ships. By comparing the promotional deck plans of the two vessels as represented in Alaska Steamship Co. brochures, you can detect subtle differences in the layout of the two steamers. The blueprints are of the Yukon. Divers on the Aleutian have found significance differences between the two ships in areas belowdecks that were not represented on the passenger maps!
